The OutFit is honored to support the Defense Health Agency’s Facilities Enterprise (DHA-FE) Capital Strategy Management (CSM) team through comprehensive operational, analytical, technical, and project management services. Our work directly supports the DoD/VA planning, collaboration, and coordination efforts aimed at enhancing healthcare delivery for the Military Health System (MHS) beneficiary population. Contract support will help guide future capital investments, programs, and leasing activities by using a data-driven, requirements-based approach, giving senior leaders the information they need to make confident and informed decisions. Our team plays a key administrative role in the successful operation of the Capital Asset Planning Committee (CAPC) and ensures DHA-FE has the data-driven insights needed to guide strategic decisions. Through coordination with VA, DHA, installations, and cross-agency working groups, we are proud to help shape a more integrated and efficient federal healthcare infrastructure.
