The OutFit is proud to provide Construction Quality Management (CQM) and Quality Assurance (QA) support services at Ft. Bragg, NC. Our team delivers daily oversight of construction activities, ensuring strict compliance with EM 385-1-1 safety standards and contract specifications. We support quality through reviews of red-line drawings, construction schedules, submittals, requests for information (RFIs), and contractor pay requests. Leveraging the USACE Resident Management System (RMS), we submit accurate daily QA reports and contribute to all phases of the three-phase inspection process. Additionally, we assist the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) with technical evaluations, change order analysis, and claims reviews. This proactive approach ensures projects remain on track, meet quality standards, and support mission readiness.
