Full contract effort supports DHA-FE RPM in planning, programming and executing cost-effective Operation and Maintenance (O&M) funded unspecified minor construction projects and maintenance and repair projects for medical facilities. Support in development and maintenance of Defense Medical Logistics Standard Support (DMLSS)/LogiCole data records. In addition, support to provide technical and functional design guidance for major building systems, support all Sustainment, Restoration & Modernization (SRM) financial and budget aspects, analyze and evaluate SRM maintenance contracts, SRM construction, and SRM projects; including specific building systems to ensure projects meet facility requirements, and comply with Government developed and/or industry established instructions.

The OutFit specifically provides oversight and management of the DHE-FE Enterprise Technical Document Repository and is responsible for a full array of CADD and technical drawing support and services to both internal and external Health Facilities Division (HFD) customers. We assist facility managers in the organization and updating of building drawings, plans and master plans, develops file and technical standardized naming conventions, and serves as liaison between Meridian software programmers and end users to gather and define software business rules and functional requirements.
