Fort Carson Project Management
Our team was tasked with providing Project Management, Quality Assurance Support, Facility Management, Technical Management, and Construction Quality Management Services.
The OutFit provided Project Management Support Services to Health, Research + Research Associates, Inc. in its mission to support Medical Command (MEDCOM) facilities. Services included Project Management, Quality Assurance Support, Facility Management, Technical Management, and Construction Quality Management services. The objective of the project was to assist the MEDCOM clinical and facility personnel at Evans Army Community Hospital (EACH) in the tasks as outlined in the scope of work. This included adhering to all US Army Corps of Engineers Quality Assurance Engineering Regulations.
The OutFit worked to guarantee transition and initial outfitting funds were identified in advance, requested, and obligated in a timely manner to secure the required equipment, furnishings, and services within the construction completion timeline. The team created, updated, and maintained spreadsheets to track initial outfitting and transition requirements, incorporating project data from the Chief of Facilities, EACH Project Manager, EACH Mechanical Engineer, and WRMC Facilities/Project Integration personnel.
The OutFit attended construction meetings, prepared correspondence and documents in accordance with Army regulations, facilitated project logistic sessions, and coordinated with key stakeholders to include EACH Facilities, Logistics, Medical Maintenance, construction contractors, SRMC Facilities staff, and the Corps of Engineers to ensure the successful completion of the project.
