MEDCOM Sustainability

Our team developed and implemented a standardized template for tracking reviews of Project Green Health applications from all participating Army Medical Facilities.

The OutFit, partnered with Altus Architectural Studios, provided professional services to the U.S. Army Medical Command (MEDCOM), in the implementation of a corporate-wide Sustainability Program. This implementation included the evaluation of sustainability requirements and programs at facilities within the Military Health System world-wide. The Program Manager developed process improvements, monitored tracking and reporting, analyzed data, and was responsible for the oversite of all enterprise training and data quality improvement strategies. As a result of this project, MEDCOM facilities sustained readiness, improved the quality of patient care, strengthened community relationships, and helped reduce the environmental footprint and total costs of operation and ownership.
