The OutFit provides critical support to the Defense Health Agency (DHA) Facilities Enterprise (FE) by ensuring access to the specialized regulations, standards, and guidelines that drive planning, design, construction, and operations across the Military Health System. Our team researches and evaluates resources from governing bodies such as The Joint Commission, National Fire Protection Association, and ASTM to identify the most cost-effective and efficient means of access for DHA.

By coordinating with organizations that publish these requirements, we secure licenses, memberships, and references on behalf of DHA FE, while also managing utilization and reporting. This ensures that DHA facilities teams have the right tools and information to remain compliant, consistent, and ready to deliver world-class healthcare facilities in support of service members and their families.
